1.  Generally

An association is required to keep a list of the name and address of all members in alphabetical order and showing the number of votes each member is entitled to vote.  See Utah Code § 16-6a-1601(3) (which is made applicable to all associations regardless of incorporation by Sections 57-8a-227(1), and 57-8-17(1)).  The list must be kept in written form (or in another form capable of conversion into written form within a reasonable time).
